Join us to build your own personal routine
to nurture your body and mind

On Saturday 30 October join us for a mini retreat of fitness and nutrition. We'll be spending the day together discussing our fitness and eating habits but also get to practice and build new habits together.

Many of us want to make their health a priority, but it can often be hard to figure out where to start and know what to do. This one day wellness retreat is intended to be your jumping board to kick those goals. Join us to get inspired to start or to continue your wellness journey. We want to share, connect and move together. We will talk about nutrition habits and mindset and how to let go of perfection.
Wellness is a journey, not a destination. We want you to enjoy this journey and feel empowered as you do.

When Ellen completed her nutrition certificate, a good friend of hers told her that it was going to be challenging for her as people would now probably judge her because she really likes eating croissants... And what kind of nutrition coach eats buttery croissants? Well Ellen does and she's proud of it. Because caring for your health doesn't mean that you can't ever enjoy yourself.

Sarah's motto: Don't do Pilates to get better at Pilates, Do Pilates to get better at life... and generally speaking don't workout so much to lose weight but rather to become stronger physically and mentally. “Strong” enhances your life and makes you more functionally fit and capable. “Skinny,” if it comes from calorie restriction, undernutrition, and too much exercise, makes you weaker and less able to do your daily activities without feeling fatigued.

Our goal is for each participant to leave rejuvenated, motivated and inspired
to care for themselves physically and mentally.

Meet your hostesses

We are both passionate about health, happiness and finding balance. Originally from France (Sarah) and Finland (Ellen), we bring a wealth of diverse experience to our teaching and we are both committed to seeing you become the absolute best version of yourself, wherever you are in life.

Helen has struggled with body image issues most of her life and having seen the commonness of disordered eating and mental health issues, it has made her passionate about nutrition and wellness and how this impacts our overall health and mindset. Her nutrition workshop is all about setting the right mindset.

Sarah has spent too much time sitting in front of computers in her past corporate life and quickly realised that the only way to not always have to deal with back pain was to include a regular routine of Pilates in her life. Building strength and balance for your body helps you lead happier lives.

Join us to gain confidence in building your personal wellness journey.
